Looking for gluten free additions to your business? We’ve got you! Gluten Free Gem offers wholesale prices for local businesses in and around the Portland area. We offer multiple deliveries each week and low pastry minimums on each order. We change our menu seasonally and have pastry and dessert options that fit great in coffee shops, small and large grocery stores and even restaurants.
We offer flexible delivery schedules with reasonable delivery fees, which we base on distance from our bakery. We’re always open to collaborating on items specific to your shop, and are always looking for new spots to sell our delicious products.
We wrap all our pastries at our celiac-safe gluten-free facility, to mitigate the risk of cross contamination. Many people on a gluten-free diet are sensitive to even small amounts of gluten, so we do everything we can to eliminate this risk. This means that the items are ready to sell with little to no leg-work on your part, just put it on display and the items sell themselves!
Gem's Color-Coded Labels have made it even easier for customers to find the product that will fit their dietary needs. All our products are color-coded to make the customer's shopping experience even easier. Blue labels are for our standard gluten free items, red is for our gluten free and dairy free items, and green is for our gluten free and vegan items.
